My years of experiences in the construction field will be an asset as a site superintendent work on

governmental projects. I have the ability to communicate with contractors, developers and engineers to

avoid problems situations.

This current year I have been building single family homes in the Omaha and Lincoln area. I am responsible

for finding and biding construction work and subcontractors. I supervise and maintain budgets and work

schedules. At the same time I am building a trucking business that transport wind tower systems.

The previous 2 years when I worked for a civil engineering firm as a project manager and construction

observer. I was responsible for finding and supervising contractors to build grading, water, sewer and paving

projects in Nebraska and California.

With more than 15 years experience as a construction supervisor in Asia and Europe I can handle any

situations.

After graduating from University of Nebraska, I worked 12 years in my family owned construction company.

I started out as an equipment operator and worked up to project superintendent. We built conservation

drainage projects, roads, dams, land leveling, building sites and recreational project.
