• Coordinating legal documents with paralegals so they can be scanned and imported into Weitz

& Luxemberg Proprietary software

• Separating Documents by doc Types, for scanning purposes so they can be routed to the proper

servers.

• When scanning is complete, making sure all images are places in there right folders as well as e-

mailing certain images and file names as requested by the client.

• Review of bankruptcy petitions, proof of claims and bankruptcy, personal injury and

Data Analyst/Junior Project Manager

• Copied client media to the server as requested by the client.

• Imported LFP files into the IPRO Launcher for overseas printing in India.

• Importing Load Files Such as DAT, and native links into Concordance assisting the database

manager with uploading information to the FYI reviewer.

• Served as an Assistant Project Manager during weekend shifts, for unexpected occurrences on

media, and as a customer service representative for frequently asked questions.

• Frequently sent and updated media logs to staff including the time allotted for future projects.

• Worked on multiple PC’s using VNC and copying data over to the FYI Server, while utilizing

• Hyper linked scanned projects in Adobe Acrobat for various law firms, as well as burning projects on

to CD/DVD per request.
