Senior Vice President Procurement 2005-2008

Designed new procurement processes for sourcing managers. Managed nine staff members, $2 million project

procurement policies.

Revamped contract approval process at all levels, differentiating contracts deals, and resolving

outstanding audit score. Designed, piloted, refined and implemented managed terms process

documenting deviations from standard contract terms with suppliers. Process received approval from

Reviewed and negotiated all technology contracts across United States and United Kingdom with major

hardware and software suppliers, consultants, and telecommunications vendors. Managed a team of two

Director of Finance/CFO

cycle for the US Card Product Group North American data centers with a team of nine financial analysts.
