in proper working order. He has also served as a Radon Gas examiner for the Middle Tennessee area.
The last 5 years has been spent working in the Hospitality Design and Construction arena. Working as a Senior
level executive overseeing the construction of Microtel Inns & Suites and Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, brands of
Wyndham World Wide, hotels. The responsibly included working with franchisees and contractors helping find
creative, cost-effective solutions to design and construction challenges, in keeping them from making grave errors

Booklet, Color Schemes, Paint Specs, Design and Construction Standards, Specifications,
FF& E Inventory and Vendor Lists, Remodel options.
Create / Maintain Electrical coordination booklet for New Construction projects.
Write / Maintain Standards for Design and Construction regarding Microtel Inn & Suites.
Ensure Construction Documents and Standards are upheld in the Construction Documents
and Under Construction.
Analyze Contractor’s Bids.
Site meeting with contractors (pre-construction meetings) and during the construction phase.
Maintain schedule and coordinate with Builders / Contractors to ensure an on time opening.
Site Visits to ensure compliance with Brand Standards and Construction Documents.
Trouble shoot any construction issues.
Maintain constant communication with Franchisee during all aspects of development;
planning, designing; conversions; purchasing furniture, fixtures and equipment.
Responsible for implementing the Microtel Inn & Suites New Room Design, “Streamline
Style”, and New Lobby Design into all new projects and those currently under construction
in 2007-2008 and current.
