Construction Site Manager

Organize and manage several light commercial and residential construction projects for

one of the largest real estate development and construction companies in Ohio.

Responsibility include blue print review and analysis of projects, preparation of

construction documents, bidding, negotiation, sub contractor selection, materials

purchasing, scheduling, building code compliance, quality control and certification of

occupancy. Supervise crews of up to 70 trades workers.

KEY PROJECTS AND SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• Appointed to be the field superintendent to oversee the construction of a 215,000

sqft, $30 million, senior living facility in Jacksonville Fl. The Project is currently

under construction, on-time and under budget.

• Recruited to assist superintendent in trouble shooting structural, architectural and

quality control problems during the construction of a 150,000 sqft, $18 million

Senior Living facility in Cincinnati, OH

• Assisted superintendent in completing 150 single family homes during a 3 phase

project lasting one and a half years, on-time and under budget.

Technical Consultant

Organized and created a database and program to help the non-profit organization track

their employees productivity and their billable hours, and also to track their overall

efficiency of their, at the time, newly implemented teleconferencing/continuing education

program. It took my partner and me three months to create the system and we received

internship credit for the project.
