at Martin Retail after GM renegotiated contract and the agency restructured)

Responsibilities: Integrate national campaign initiatives regionally and locally through digital solutions that include

OLA (online banner assets), websites, landing pages, and search tactics. Develop and manage social networking

initiatives to generate awareness on products launches. Serve as the point of contact for content management, site

modifications, and strategize with account teams and media buyers on digital media campaigns. Analyze KPI (key

performance indicators) for websites, OLA (including spotlight tagging) and search campaigns to communicate results

and make recommendations to account teams/dealer groups. Interpret analytics through various software platforms

including Urchin, Omniture, Web Trends and Google Analytics. Assist with promoting corporate sponsorships through

content and OLA development. Collaborated with the regional client on the deployment of a cross-divisional website

Motorola 2007

Position: Contract - Internal Marketing Communications

Responsibilities: Collaborated with product specialists on creating marketing material for wireless broadband

solutions, which were disseminated to account supervisors to present to clients and business prospects. Managed

product launch schedules, obtained competitive RFPs and worked with vendors on inserts, white papers, case studies,

FAQ’s and brochure development. Also assisted with the creation of a video surveillance microsite solution and

collaborated with the internal digital solutions team on switching website platforms to streamline and showcase

Martin Jay Retail (Lowe Worldwide, Inc./McCann Erickson) 2006 – 2007

Position: Integration Specialist / Cadillac, Hummer and Saab

Responsibilities: Facilitated and managed the implementation of a series of market websites for the Cadillac brand in

order to integrate national offers on a local level. Collaborated with the account teams, clients and vendors on directing

prospective consumers to sites though digital media buys and adjusted buys based on performance. Leveraged

Omniture analytics to interpret KPI for websites and media buys. Managed creative and content development for

promotions, events, sweepstakes and incentive programs. Responsible for executing a comprehensive process and

procedure protocol for weekly and monthly site postings, developing consolidated reports from extensive data analytic

results and creating a report detailing the placement of OLA postings and search campaigns. Recipient of a

Client: United Airlines

Responsibilities: Managed direct marketing projects for a prominent airlines carrier that included the development

and execution of a quarterly membership newsletter and monthly deployment of online correspondence for domestic

and international recipients. Monitored schedules, estimates and budgets, as well as coordinated copy translation for

Position: Document Compositor

Responsibilities: Assisted with various desktop procedures and typeset prospectuses, mutual funds, annuities, and

annual reports for investment, insurance, and healthcare communities. Composed EDGAR (Electronic Data Gathering

Playboy.com, Inc. 2000 – 2001

impact of SEO/SEM, and how search terms, ad copy and website configuration (i.e. meta tags, head tags, 301 redirect,

etc.) that factor into the visibility of your site within search engines.

2009: Blogwell - Social Media (Twitter & Social Networking): Seminar that consisted of eight case studies which
