merger transitions. Team Leader for integration of new products into Navy Communication and Radar Systems.
Established new suppliers for advanced interconnect components on the AEGIS program. Successfully solicited
funding and implemented cost savings components and processes for numerous programs, including those for
interconnection, EMI reduction and corrosion control. Co-chaired multi-corporate/Navy standards committee for
parts control, whereby alleviating millions of dollars in cost avoidance by timely phase-out of products forecasted
for obsolescence.
