Worked as project manager on commercial projects throughout the southeast United
States. Responsibilities included taking a project from permitting to Final C/O. In the last
few years my portfolio included 2 Ethan Allan Furniture Showrooms, 2 car dealerships,
7-11 Stores, LDS Church, Chile’s, Daily Grind, Florida Department of Forestry Fire
Station and more. Had daily contact with superintendents, client and venders/sub
contractors concerning schedules and contracts. Weekly site visits to verify work and
inspect site. Communicated with clients concerning projects daily. Handled all close-out
documentation.

Worked as Superintendent on 6 different projects, 4 office/warehouse buildings ranging
from 27,000 s/f to 60,000 s/f and 2 office buildings, 54,000 s/f and 75,000 s/f. Was
responsible for all aspects of construction, from site work to delivering C/O. Have
experience with Tilt-up construction, block & steel, pre-fabricated and multi-story steel

Senior Project Manager
Harbor Development, Inc. developed approximately 40 acres of property into a multi use
commercial / retail / Recreation Park on the shores of N.Y. Harbor. The company built
200,000 sq ft of office space, 6 story hotel, 120,000 sq ft of retail space, over 300,000 sq
ft of sound stages (movie stages), 2 parking structures and other ancillary buildings. Had
2 years of site work. Had to install miles of underground sewers a pipes, install all
utilities and complete major roadwork and railway system to new infrastructure.
I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction. Met with superintendents on
a daily basis. Handled all correspondence with numerous architects, engineers and NYC
building officials. Reviewed all correspondence, submittals, contracts, plans, shop
drawings, ect. Over the course of the project had to meet with bankers and investors to
keep them up to date.
Most of the buildings were multi story steel and block. The studios were all Tilt-up and
glass. The parking structures were both 3 stories. Had extensive site work, roads, sewers,
power cables, water, and railways.

Benderson Development, one of the largest privately owned development companies in
North America, and is a leader in retail and power center development. Having more than
25 million square feet under management.
As Project Manager I was responsible for overseeing the development of multiple
projects valued between 50 and 100 million dollars. I supervised projects from pre-bid
thru final C/O. Daily responsibilities included creating and maintaining construction
schedules, signed off on change orders, answered RFI’s, maintained plans and plan
revisions, reviewed contracts, managed construction supervisors, set-up job site meetings,
work with state and county officials, ect.

Project Manager
Structure Tone Corp. is one of the largest Commercial Contractors in the USA. They
continuously generate revenues of approximately 2 Billion dollars a year. The company
specializes in General Building, Interior build-outs and Telecom, but specialized in
hospitality (high-end hotels).
I was a project manager working in the interior build-out division. My responsibilities
included taking a project from initial concept thru to completion. Most were high-end
custom design corporate office spaces and hotel build-outs. As project manager I
reviewed contracts, negotiated with contractors, met with clients, maintained plans,
reviewed change orders and submittals, etc. Most projects were multi-floor or entire
building projects.
Woodbury Capital Assets, Inc. Hauppauge, NY President/ Founder
Owned and operated an Investment Banking Firm. During the 6 years the company grew
from 1 to over 100 employees and raised over 100 million dollars for small start-up
companies as well as acted as consultant to many companies that needed advice as how
to grow their business and raise capital. During this time I also sat on the Board of
Directors of 4 start up of companies.
