Interior Designer
Responsible for the design, space planning, and move management of 500,000 square feet
of corporate space at The Hartford Insurance Company.
Met with business leaders to gain a clear understanding of the business procedures and the
strategic goals; then provided solutions that would enable the customer to reach those goals.
Assisted with the change management required to implement “Workplace of the Future”, a
new approach for the customer in reference to space allocation. “Workplace of the Future”
involved an innovative approach to both individual space as well as community and
collaborative space.
Managed projects from inception to completion; including test fits, space planning, budget
preparation, scheduling, power and communication location plans, installation plans, move
management, installation supervision and punch lists.
Utilized existing inventory for cost savings.
Offered solutions to keep disruption to business to a minimum during moves
