• 1Hired as Lead Superintendent for a $50 million plus project in W. Windsor NJ. with responsibility for the $50

million construction budget, the management of more than 200 people, scheduling up-dates and weekly sub-

contractor meetings.

• 11Project was placed on hold for financing: transferred to a 300 unit project in Philadelphia.

• 1Both the Philadelphia and Windsor projects are high end/mixed use panelized apartment complexes with pools,

Construction Superintendent

• Hired as Superintendent for the $98,000,000+ Englewood Commons project. I supervised all on site demolition of

industrial buildings to include RR easement stabilization, concrete grinding for reuse site stabilization hazard waste

removal and construction mobilization. However, due to cost increases, Century 21 was not awarded the contract for

the construction of the Englewood Commons project.

• Subsequently assigned to co- manage construction activities associated with the development of The Raritan Town

Center, a $53 million mixed-use, high end apartment complex.

• Responsible for a $53 million construction budget and the oversight of an average of 200 people.

• Development consists of a 90K sq. ft. cast in place underground parking garage, and a 5-story 280K sq. ft. complex

consisting of 224 high end apartments, a club house and a pool on the third floor.

AJD CONSTRUCTION CO. Leonardo, NJ 09/2003 to 07/2005

Construction Superintendent

• Managed all construction activities associated with the development of Pier Village, this included all on site

demolition of buildings, existing infrastructure, beach board walk, beach protection and all mobilization for a $95

million mixed-use oceanfront complex located in Long Branch, NJ.

• Responsible for a $95 million construction budget and the oversight of an average of 300 people.

• Development consisted of all demonization, site prep, (2) 5-story buildings with 320 Luxury Apartments and 100,000

square feet of retail space, a 4-story Parking Garage which accommodates 750 cars, and a 4-story Beach Club with 3

restaurants and a third floor pool.

• The apartment buildings commenced move-ins during January 2005; The project was on time and in budget. H. ALLEN

RENAISSANCE CONSTRUCTION Neptune, NJ 03/2000 to 07/2003

Project Manager/ Superintendent

• Upon arrival in New Jersey, managed the construction of a $2.5 million home in Spring Lake for a local Broker.

• Joined Renaissance Construction with project management responsibilities for an $8 million project for First Atlantic

Federal Credit Union. Project entailed construction of a 23,000 square foot office building, the remodeling of a 20,000

square foot building and the completion of 3 First Atlantic branches.

• Responsible for locating/qualifying subcontractors, estimating, contract negotiations, site supervision, site prep and

demolition, work force/sub-trade coordination, code enforcement, permitting, scheduling and subcontractor invoice

verification.

• Performed client interface and ensured that project remained on schedule/within budget.

• Managed a 20,000 square foot rental property for Renaissance.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT/COMMERCIAL FISHING Melbourne, FL 1996 to 2000

Owner/Operator

• Owned/operated a Commercial Construction Management company in Melbourne for a select group of business

owners.

• Started a part-time Commercial Fishing business which took advantage of my fishing, diving and boating interests.

• In 2000, realized I was far too young to retire, married, relocated to NJ and embarked upon a 2nd successful career.

to turn key and 35 days ahead of schedule.

course of construction of their new stores.

• Delegated purchasing authority of up to $125,000 in materials per project.
