• Hired as Superintendent for the $98,000,000+ Englewood Commons project. I supervised all on site demolition of
industrial buildings to include RR easement stabilization, concrete grinding for reuse site stabilization hazard waste
removal and construction mobilization. However, due to cost increases, Century 21 was not awarded the contract for
the construction of the Englewood Commons project.
• Subsequently assigned to co- manage construction activities associated with the development of The Raritan Town
Center, a $53 million mixed-use, high end apartment complex.
• Responsible for a $53 million construction budget and the oversight of an average of 200 people.
• Development consists of a 90K sq. ft. cast in place underground parking garage, and a 5-story 280K sq. ft. complex
consisting of 224 high end apartments, a club house and a pool on the third floor.

• Managed all construction activities associated with the development of Pier Village, this included all on site
demolition of buildings, existing infrastructure, beach board walk, beach protection and all mobilization for a $95
million mixed-use oceanfront complex located in Long Branch, NJ.
• Responsible for a $95 million construction budget and the oversight of an average of 300 people.
• Development consisted of all demonization, site prep, (2) 5-story buildings with 320 Luxury Apartments and 100,000
square feet of retail space, a 4-story Parking Garage which accommodates 750 cars, and a 4-story Beach Club with 3
restaurants and a third floor pool.
• The apartment buildings commenced move-ins during January 2005; The project was on time and in budget. H. ALLEN

• Upon arrival in New Jersey, managed the construction of a $2.5 million home in Spring Lake for a local Broker.
• Joined Renaissance Construction with project management responsibilities for an $8 million project for First Atlantic
Federal Credit Union. Project entailed construction of a 23,000 square foot office building, the remodeling of a 20,000
square foot building and the completion of 3 First Atlantic branches.
• Responsible for locating/qualifying subcontractors, estimating, contract negotiations, site supervision, site prep and
demolition, work force/sub-trade coordination, code enforcement, permitting, scheduling and subcontractor invoice
verification.
• Performed client interface and ensured that project remained on schedule/within budget.
• Managed a 20,000 square foot rental property for Renaissance.
