fiber dental post.
• Directed R&D personnel in adapting nano-technology, advanced polymeric material to existing new
products. Cooperated with several international companies in developing products.
• Submitted and published over 14 papers/posters on product research. Filed three patents.
• Managed two direct full-time reports and three indirect reports.
CAS, Columbus, OH 2000 - 2003
Scientist
Built chemical database for organic, coordination and polymer substances.
•
Reviewed chemical structure analysis.
•
Collaborated on cross-functional projects with staffs from marketing, IT and scientific areas.
•
Managed departmental web pages.
•
JIANGSU TITANIUM INC., Nanjing, P.R.China 1995 - 1996
Chemical engineer
• Developed commercial Ti coating products.
• Represented the company in public relation affairs, organized meetings and communicated with customers
and government officials.
NANO-TECHNOLOGY NATIONAL LAB OF P.R. CHINA, Nanjing, PR.China 1993 - 1995
Research Associates
• Prepared nano-sized particles using emulsions. Determined morphology of the emulsion. Eu2O3 nano-
particles with a size of 20nm were prepared by micro-encapsulation.
