Ametek - Consultant (6/09-09/09) – Pittsburgh, PA – Lotus Notes Developer
Duties include enhancements and maintenance of current databases and newly developed databases. Full life cycle and
work flow is utilized. Integrated development with a CRM third party product by Ardexus. Manufacturing system work is
performed in new and existing code requirements. Working with international/global users. Acted as primary Project
Manager.
Developers Diversified Realty - Consultant (11/08-12/08) – Cleveland, OH – Lotus Notes Developer
Reworked HR appraisal application with Lotus Notes v7. Added functionality with re-analysis and design of application
work-flow specific to Human Resources requirements. This was a short project need. Project Management duties were
performed.
Excellus/Univera/Blue Cross & Blue Shield - Consultant (6/08-8/08) – Rochester, NY - Lotus Notes Developer
Recalled from work completed in 2006 & 2007, was available for expertise in their “Group Registration” application (Sale
to Mail-STM). All work was done on a telecommuting, part-time basis. Budget restraints limited the length and number
of hours for this project. See 2007 & 2006 projects with Excellus also. Was responsible for all Project Management
duties.
Spooner - Consultant (4/08-8/08) – Westlake, OH - Lotus Notes Developer
Utilized Notes version 6.5 to update functionality and reports for a short term disability, FMLA insurance system. 95% of
this work was completed on a telecommuting basis with on-site meetings and updates to the software. Utilized Intelliprint
for reporting purposes within Lotus Notes. Functionality was created to export reports to Microsoft Excel.
Excellus/Univera/Blue Cross & Blue Shield - Consultant (5/07-12/07) – Rochester, NY - Lotus Notes Developer
Recalled from work completed in 2006, utilized Lotus Notes version 7.0. Worked on the re-write and re-design of STM
(Sale-To-Mail) system. The work was 75% completed before budget restraints at the end of the year. The STM system is
the core of their statewide business in group insurance. The DB registers and tracks groups in their health-care marketing
and sales. 95% of the work was done on a telecommuting basis.
In addition, worked on a DB that was designed as an “intelligent STM” application called Intelligroup. This database
enhanced some of the functionality of STM with automatic processing. Lotuscript was modified.
Exel - Consultant (1/07-3/07) – Cleveland, OH - Lotus Notes Developer
Utilized Lotus Notes version 6.5 to convert client based databases for use on the internet. CSS, Javascript and HTML were
incorporated. DECS interface with Oracle was used for data contained between the two systems.
Excellus/Univera/Blue Cross & Blue Shield - Consultant (9/06-12/06) – Rochester, NY - Lotus Notes Developer
Weekly on-site work in Buffalo/Rochester, NY, utilized Notes version 7.0 to accomplish an efficiency analysis for their
Sale-to-Mail (STM) system. This system registered their health groups interacting with the main frame. The system is
drastically slow, especially during open enrollment times (October-November). Individual transactions were reduced from
an average of 45-60 seconds to less than one second through this analysis. The original code was produced through an
IBM Workflow product. Extensive Lotuscript was used and modified in the original application. Worked under Project
Manager oversight with all similar duties performed.
Cleveland Public Schools - Consultant (5/06-8/06) – Cleveland, OH - Lotus Notes Developer
Utilizing Lotus Notes/Domino 6.5, created a custom database for new employees/consultants in the school system, to
request various accesses in IT. Javascript, HTML, LEI, and Visio were incorporated. The system is utilized on the
internet as well as in native Lotus Notes. 95% of the work was accomplished on a telecommuting basis. Complete Project
Management duties were performed.
Nationwide Insurance Company - Consultant (4/06-5/06) – Dublin, OH - Lotus Notes Developer
Replaced the current paper application form with an interactive form for all Nationwide insurance agents to request
policies sold to individuals. The system was designed to be used on the internet as well as a mobile application for sales
people when internet access in not available. Written in Lotus Notes / Domino 6.5, utilized Javascript, and work flow
functionality. Lotuscript was used for various functionality.
Hyatt Legal Plan - Consultant (8/04-2/05, 6/05-8/05) – Cleveland, OH – Lotus Notes Developer
In Lotus Notes version 6.5, custom changes made on third-party software (iExtensions). This software was designed as a
customer tracking system for the entire Hyatt corporation. Bid estimates were given which included solving requirements
that the iExtensions vendor said could not be done. These needs were met even though the vendor said they couldn’t be
done. Data conversion and cleanup were necessary through manual and automated agents. A data maintenance system for
admin personnel was also created. Customized views, outlines and forms helped this process. 95% of the work was
completed on a telecommuting basis. Extensive Lotuscript was used for the original application. Was responsible for all
Project Management tasks/duties.
InvaCare - Consultant (11/04-6/05) – Elyria, OH - Lotus Notes Developer
With Lotus Notes 6.5, developed a custom Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX, Sarbox) compliant database to track all
computer/building accesses for each employee. The application requirements necessitated complex and extensive
workflow functionality with approximately 25 subsections on a single form to accommodate multiple approvers. This was
accomplished in the Lotus Notes client with LotusScript and Function language. A backup system, version control system
and reporting system were also developed. Full life cycle development was completed including estimates of time and
cost. 95% of this project was completed on a telecommuting basis. Worked under Project Manager with similar duties for
project control/deliverables.
Geotrac - Consultant (7/04-9/04) – Norwalk, OH - Lotus Notes Developer
Obtained a maintenance contract for general monthly needs for Lotus Notes development/administration functionality
including bug fixes and maintenance (20 hrs. per month). VPN access with Lotus Notes version 5 was used. This ended
up to be a very short term opportunity.
Ceridian Empowerment - Consultant (12/03-7/04) – Independence, OH – Lotus Notes Developer
Utilizing Lotus Notes version 5, helped to develop functionality to log statistics and information applicable to user’s
history of activity via internet. Various reporting functionality was built into this logging system. Also assisted a team in
coding an administrative database to automatically transfer files, etc. in lieu of Administrator duties. Lotuscript and
function language were utilized.
Promerus - Consultant (7/03-10/04) – Brecksville, OH - Lotus Notes Developer
With Lotus Notes version 5, automated an email workflow application to notify various people of specific chemicals and
chemical combinations that were shipped outside the USA. This project was developed for the EPA. These emails were
dynamically based upon security and variables specific to strict EPA guidelines.
Ceridian Empowerment - Consultant (5/02-8/02) – Independence, OH – Lotus Notes Developer
Utilizing Lotus Notes version 5 with Lotuscript, made custom updates to in-house Payroll system that was sold to
customers. LEI was also incorporated.
Goodyear - Consultant (12/00-8/01) – Akron, OH – Lotus Notes Developer
Project 1 - “Break/Fix” Department – Was the lead/senior developer in a six person developer group. Mentoring and
Project Management duties were part of work. A time reporting system was developed to track time charges to other
departments. All applications were coded and updated with Lotus Notes version 5. Billed usage to internal departments
based upon work completed. Met with departmental users for requirements, supplied estimates of work needed, obtained
contract for the work to be done and updated code and/or created new databases based upon requirements. Extensive work
flow and life cycle development was performed. In one application which was designed for the VP of IT, project reporting
statistics were used in a high profile database to company VPs around the world. Another application used data gathered
from an optical scanner to report results from tests taken by employees. A survey database was written to gather user’s
answers to applicable questions. Full life cycle development was accomplished in all cases with detailed estimates for
inter-departmental charges.
Project 2 - “RFP Tracking System” - This system was written in Lotus Notes version 4.6. It tracked RFPs (Request for
Proposal) that the company put out for bid all around the world. Custom functionality was written making the system
automated from the manual system being used at the time. Work flow was built in for approvals.
Trion (Wolcott Systems Group) – Consultant (10/00-12/00) – Lotus Notes Developer
In Lotus Notes version 5, created an “Attorney Email Audit/Archive Tracking System”. This system was used by the legal
system to take a snapshot of a company’s email system. It navigated through company’s employee’s email databases and
converted them to text files and stored attachments all in a directory structure. The system was user definable determining
the structure of files on the disk system of the computer. The system exported rich text data to Microsoft Word was
created to maintain text formatting.
Lotus Corp. - Senior Consultant (6/99-10/00) – Cleveland based – Lotus Notes Developer
Peco Energy (Automatic installation deployment) - Analysis project for upgrading Lotus Notes to version 5.0
General Motors Corp. (Calendar Printing testing) – Custom printing for calendaring
PNC Bank (Daily News Broadcast to employees) – Assisted in-house employees in an internet web application
First Energy - Consultant (5/98-12/98) - Akron, OH – Lotus Notes Developer
In version 4.6 of Lotus Notes, was in charge of an internal application called “Team Tools”. It was a suite of databases
built into one to accommodate group scheduling and other functionality. In addition, helped other developers with various
needs including “Corporate Transportation Scheduling”, “Knowledge Base”, “Telephone Directory” and “Help System”.
Calendar interacted with Notes mail to allow users access to their mail via PDAs. Corporate transportation system was
designed for scheduling company vehicles. Notes Pump was utilized.
Kodak - Consultant (8/96-12/96, 3/97-7/97) – Rochester, NY – Lotus Notes Developer.
With Lotus Notes version 4.6, created new databases and made custom changes to others including the “MiniLab Order
Tracking System”. This database tracked orders for in-store equipment that developed film without having to drop off the
film to pick up later. Full life cycle was used for all projects. Other databases included extensive security at the document
level. Workflow was developed utilizing Notes email system. Duties included Project Manager role for all projects.

Senior Systems Analyst - VISTA Computer Services Responsible for the computer related functions for the Asbestos
School Hazard Abatement Act (ASHAA) program for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Work was performed on
a Prime 2755 mini computer utilizing the Henco INFO database package. Began to learn Lotus Notes Application
Development and Administration. This work utilizes a PC Novell Network.
Senior Programmer - Computer Sciences Corporation Was responsible for maintenance of Prime computer through
Primos rev. 22 software, ensured the integrity of the Contract Definition & Order Tracking System (CDOTS), Small Purchase
Automated management System (SPAMS) and Automated Procurement Documentation System (APDS) production software
systems for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and as local Prime "Expert" assisted all staff as to their specific
Prime requirements and problems. In addition, system backups and automatic maintenance procedures were observed.
Owner - Sports Dimensions, Inc. As owner, was responsible for the analysis and design of a membership/scheduling
system (consisting of approximately 33 data files), for a sporting facility. Software system fully automated all operational
needs for the facility. System was written in DataEase Relational DBMS. Duties included creation of company policies, office
automation, QA/QC and user training. Operated the indoor sporting facility for a period of 8 months. Was responsible for
supervising the operations manager, office manager, and referees.
Consultant - Dialcom Inc. Analyzed, designed, coded and tested the entire Message Handling System (MHS), Billing
Registration System, and database for the Domain Management Center (DMC) Man Machine Interface (MMI). This system
will be used world wide to Dialcom licensees for E-Mail and all products pertaining to such. The database and coding were
completed using Henco's INFO relational database on the Prime 9955.
Programmer II - MCI (MIS/Network Operations) Was technical support specialist for Network Operations Business
Information System (NOBIS). NOBIS was implemented on the IBM 3090 from the Prime 9955. Supported and maintained
the data dictionary.
Also participated in programming and QA/QC testing of Phase 1 of the Switched Circuit Ordering and Tracking System
(SCOTS). As team leader in Phase 2 of SCOTS, produced the system analysis, functional requirements, work load estimates,
implementation schedule, detail design, and supervised the programming and QA/QC testing of a major enhancement to system
processing. SCOTS was implemented using Prime's CODASYL compliant DBMS in COBOL.
Programmer - Cannon Design Inc. Developed a Personnel System utilizing an integrated Employee Master File in Prime's
Midas+, which supported both Personnel and Financial functions. Full life-cycle development was performed. Also, developed
a billing and reporting system for the company's Duplication Department. All work was accomplished utilizing the Prime 450.
Languages included COBOL, QUEO, and Fortran.

Own and operate air & water purification sales to residential and commercial (Government, Hospitals, etc). Developed
web sites for www.windairwater.com & www.enviroprointl.com in Lotus Notes / Domino. Currently in the process of
developing a home business tracking software system to market to people with home businesses to track sales, invoicing,
