Functioned as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for warranty applications and
warranty interfaces.
Developed functional requirements, process and data flows, use cases of user’s
workflow and system processes, and program specifications for the following
applications:
1. CPS Warranty Web Application integrating with the existing Warranty Legacy
system involving all aspects of data interchange needed. The new CPS
Warranty Web applications involves the following functions: claim input, claim
category & type assignment, claim validation, processor review, pricing,
vendor assignment and decision rules, claimant payment, warranty recovery,
expense control, accounting, and warrantor disposition.
2. Dealer Daily (DD) application integrating with the existing Warranty Legacy
system involving existing data from the legacy mainframe DB. The Dealer
Daily system is a web application replacing the legacy applications Dealer
Communication System (DCS) and the Toyota Dealer Network (TDN).
3. Warranty Replacement Part History, North America Cost Centralization
project and the Toyota Mission 2000 for the Warranty Legacy System Y2K
project.
