Granicoat, for exclusive use on specific American Standard bathing vessels (known as Durabond).
Collaborated with ITW/Binks Corporation to develop a specialized production/delivery system for
spraying liquid solid surface coating for American Standard production facilities.
Implemented engineering cost reduction through design, reducing part/assembly costs by more than
$100K annually for American Standard, Inc.
Led successful American Standard/Home Depot Elite Whirlpool Program with the development of 17
new jetted bathtubs and 12 new thermoform molds in only 6 months time.

Assumed responsibility for overseeing 80 production personnel and managing tooling design and build for
American Standard/The Home Depot Elite Whirlpool program.
Designed/revised injection molded, extruded, cast, and stamped jetted bath component parts.
