Project Manager
Managed the development and enhancement of Internet and intranet applications; primarily using

Java and Oracle; interfacing with SAP, Lotus Notes/Domino, Documentum, and other internal
systems. Applied Agile methods such as user driven stories and test first development.
Planned projects from initiation through implementation, including decommission of legacy systems. Kept
accurate budgets, forecasts, and change control. Served as the primary liaison between the
development team and the client organizations for projects under my control.
Managed the redesign of some of the company’s public facing web properties, Monsanto.com and
AsgrowAndDekalb.com; along with experts in usability, graphic design, development, and infrastructure;
incorporated new third party tools such as Google Maps and FeedRoom.com (video).
Implemented the first InfoPath workflow application in our new SharePoint environment, which tracks the
fulfillment of genetic reference materials to regulatory agencies around the world.
Lead the design and implementation of the company’s Global Human Rights Program database, which
provides for communication, training, and monitoring throughout the supply chain. Attended the global
human rights champions’ conference in Costa Rica, where I demonstrated progress against the roadmap,
collaborated on new requirements, and established upcoming milestones. Introduced the importance of
