Duties: Utilize project management skills to provide Complete Low Cost ATE Test Solution of
digital, analog and mixed signal semiconductor devices in package, wafer and chip scale. Design
and implement as necessary all procedural test code, hardware, software and utilities for
qualification and production testing in local and offshore testing facilities to meet customer
expectations.
Develop module test programs for CMOS Analog Switches, USB Voltage Translators,
