Three Phases of Control. Obtained a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

Construction Quality Management for Contractors Certificate. Adhering to

and maintaining company's Quality Control Plan. Developing Preparatory

Phase Checklist for all Definable Features of Work for the preparatory

phase meetings. Conducting the Initial Phase of the DPOW phase meetings.

Strictly controlling the quality specified in the plans and

specification for the follow-up phase of control by performing daily

checks and crafting daily reports to assure continuing compliance with

contract requirements. Manage specialty testing by subcontractors and

and monitored job site schedule incorporating vendor's and

material delivery dates to coincide with . trade start dates. Direct

interface with Owner, Owner's Property Manager, and Architect. Conducted

weekly trade meetings to ensure and maintain all scheduling dates,

to solve any trade conflicts, and to

consistently incorporated a six week look-ahead. Enforced job site

safety and maintained a safe and
