administration related adverse events (0 reports of adverse events
after the implementation of the flowsheet)

. Developed and presented a new plan for the identification, selection
and use of super users within the clinics
. Analyzed the trouble ticket log and wrote a synopsis of the findings
in an effort to decrease the number of inbound trouble tickets by
focusing on weak training areas and improving training related to

. Presented a plan to utilize a Design, Build, Validate (DBV) approach
with super users and provider champions in an effort to increase
efficiency in building new electronic tools and to obtain applicable
end-user input
