Member of the senior management team reporting to the COO. Responsible for
all aspects of building and operating one of the first fully legal and
compliant online gaming websites. Designed the network and server
architecture that ran the company's proprietary casino software.
. Established and grew an operations department of eleven employees with a
NOC in the UK that supported the production casinos.
. Researched and developed a computing infrastructure that allowed
Wagerworks to move to a SAAS business model, which enabled the launch of
top tier customers such as Virgin Casino, PaddyPower, World Poker Tour
and BlueSquare.
. Expanded operations and maximized revenue by building and managing data
centers in Las Vegas, San Francisco, San Jose, London, and Alderney.

launch its "iTunes-like" service within sixty days of hire.
. Managed production systems during exponential growth of customer base
from zero to 6.7 million registered users, allowing myplay to become the
