Summary:

For the past 4 years I have worked with The Walt Disney Company's

Enterprise IT Strategy Group. Prior to that, I worked for ABC TV Network in

New York. I have had a well rounded 30 year IT career starting with

mainframe computing and following the technology wave to the present. I am

an experienced technician and most of my recent experience has been in the

Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery and Security Compliance areas. I have

passed the CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) exam, working

on certification. I have performed the roll of Project Manager throughout

my career. I can manage multiple projects while achieving strategic goals.

I have worked very closely with many audit teams over the years to identify

and remediate gaps and ensure compliance with policy.

Managed a comprehensive nationwide Business Continuity Program for Disney

Worldwide Services as part of a newly formed Enterprise IT Business

Continuity Strategy Group based in Orlando and led development of new

Disaster Recovery Plans with various business units including Walt Disney

Parks and Resorts, Disney Consumer Products, Disney Studios, and ABC TV

Network.

. Updated Disney's IT Security Policy and Standards, to include COBIT, ISO

17799, PCI, Safe Harbor, SAS70, PII and SOX requirements.

. Recommended and implemented compliance strategies and reviewed security

exception requests.

Developed and managed a comprehensive Data Security Program. Drafted and

introduced policies to the organization, including an ABC TV Network IT
