1,500 employees located throughout three divisions.
Delivered a 12% (1.2 million) reduction in purchasing cost as a result of
introducing an internal purchasing audit function. Introduced highly
effective "Diversity vendor forums" to identify cost effective alternatives
for (Knicks and Rangers) team promotional products, to eliminate or reduce
excessive ordering requirements, and improve delivery schedules. Completed
