Project Description:

State Farm has over 80 years of service to policyholders. As the # 1 insurer of automobiles and homes in

the United States and an insurance leader in Canada, State Farm Insurance has been helping people

manage the risks of everyday life and recover from the unexpected since 1922.

Enterprise Claims System (ECS) is web based claim systems that will help State Farm meet many goals.

This multi year project will replace the Claim Service Record (CSR). Each piece of ECS that rolls out will

add new functionality for claim associates and will integrate our claims system with medical providers,

service providers, and repair vendors. Some of the features included in ECS are Automated Tasks,

Electronic Task Lists, Electronic Bills, Automatic Payment (Auto Pay), and Medical Treatment Calendar.

Responsibilities:

• Working in AGILE Methodology and interacted closely with the off shore team to review the

test plans, test cases and test results.

Analyzed user requirements and Business requirements documentation

Created Test plan and detailed test cases using DOORS.

Used Clear Quest to track changes, manage process.

This project deals with testing the backend of Verizon Wireless. WMS is the application which deals with

all the data and its publishing to the respective markets.

Citi bank has a program called Credit Infrastructure Transformation to consolidate most of the existing

areas called Traditional Credit Products (TCP) and Data Acquisition & Control Acquisition & (DCA). DCA

is envisaged to collect Trades & Collateral data from various systems with in credit environment.
