• Established the commercial banking group in Macomb and recruited team members to develop business and manage
portfolios. Developed relationships from $250 thousand - $25 million in commercial and industrial and commercial
real estate. In 2008, this team was the highest producing new revenue group with $90 million in commitments; all
members achieved the rating “accomplished “on performance reviews.
Developed and managed a team of five commercial relationship managers with commitments in excess of $250 million
and $38 million in deposits. In addition, I managed multi-bank relationships and cross-sold bank products and services.
• Managed over $65 million in special loans. Negotiated on behalf of the Bank and acted as workout to reduce Bank
exposure and shore up structures with advice of legal counsel. Successfully exited over $33 million in commercial
real estate loans with no write-downs/charge-offs.
Acted as a player/coach and personally managed a self-generated $30 million portfolio with $10 million in deposits.
Developed networking events to develop business through referral sources and increase brand awareness and market

Successfully completed team loan review and achieved a satisfactory rating for all aspects of credit management for
