business development. Managed all internal plant operations, project
management and supervised delivery logistics to over 3800 domestic and
international end users. Managed a staff of 28 union employees and a
management team of 5.
. Oversaw all aspects of project management for a 60,000 gallon tank
retrofit. State inspection relealed a propane leak under one of six main
facility tanks. Successfully diagnosed problem and resloved issue by
assigning bids to mechanical and plumbing contractors. Passed State
inpection within 20 days without any plant operation downtime.
. Process redesign/streamline management certification project for over
5000 propane tanks. Successfully developed a methodology using cost
effective production line applications to reinstate and inspect on-site
cylinders using contracted Union labors. Project completed 30 days ahead
of schedule.
. Successfully secured F & G Mechanical, a subsidiary of EMCOR Group, Inc.
as a client: Formulated a proposal to simplify the complexity of heat
load calulations inline for a 1,750,000 cu/ft, $30 million dollar Data
Storage Facility. Effectively used a consultative sales approach which
resulted in being awarded the contract.
. Effectively negotiated settlement terms for an $8.4 million Union #560
contract over 4 years: Analyzed, evaluated, and formalized an extensive
Union agreement, formalized and resolved disputes, and negotiated
