myself and other students (troubleshooting, optimization, virus scans,
hardware installation, etc) for customers within the college and from the
community. Supervised progress on each job to expedite completion. Repaired
connectivity problems within the local network of student work stations.
Vice-President of the Bates PC Users Club: Organized bi-weekly meetings,
