I am responsible for all aspects, day to day functions and running of a Sub

-Prime auto finance Company. This is a cradle to grace operation including

but not limited to Customer service, Collections repossessions, remarketing

I set the call center up from the ground floor. This included the purchase

of a Dialer and all related software, telephony, server set ups, and hiring

and training staff. I do all MIS reporting I am the local administrator. I

work with SQL, Touchstar Dialer and Sentinel/Ecollections. Software. I

perform all dialer functions, strategy, and third party interface. I work

with all assignments to third party collection agency and monitor for

performance.

Oversee the day today operations of the in house call center. This

included all Mosaics dialer functions and strategies. I also used SQL data

mining

to run analysis and MIS reporting of collection portfolio to Sr management.

I restructured the department which resulted in the Companies 4th quarter

profits realizing a net profit. My Team consisted of 7 team leads two

supervisors, 2 managers and 75 collectors.
