plant operation and Leadership team, responsible for design and
implementation of HR and safety programs. Lead team of 3 HR and Safety
staff. Focus on organizational and management development, HR central
services including recruiting, performance management, employee relations,
education, employee communications, and HR policy, compliance and
litigation management. Designed and implemented organizational culture in
line with existing plant management team. Recruited and retained talent for
continued and sustained growth. Restructured Safety programs in
collaboration with employees and senior staff to meet compliance with all
applicable laws.
Seaboard Foods, Julesburg Colorado- HR & Safety Coordinator 2007 to 2008
300 employee live operation pork processing sites. Focus on organizational,
management and development; HR regional services including recruiting;
performance management; employee relations; education; employee

and implemented organizational culture in line with ownership and business

businesses. Responsible for OSHA compliance and programs; inspecting 41

Mountain City Meat Company, Denver Colorado - HR Manager 2006 to 2007
500 employee processing plant that processed ground beef and steaks for Wal-
Mart, Hooters, Ruby Tuesdays and other food service and retail customers.
Member of Leadership team, responsible for all generalist duties for night
shift operations. Lead team of 2 HR staff. Focus on organizational and
management development, HR central services including recruiting,
performance management, employee relations, education, employee
communications, and HR policy, compliance and litigation management.

Started a contract water and fire restoration business. Found underserved

commercial properties and residential customers. Responsible for sourcing

a business plan that realized a gross sales of $1 million dollars in first
year. Developed employee handbook and hiring practices to be compliant

Keefe Commissary Network, Mitchell Virgina- Facility Manager 2002-2005
2000 employee distributer of personal hygiene and food products to
correction facilities. Responsible for the oversight of multiple on-site
facilities. Managed $3 million dollar inventories in two on-site
facilities including loss mitigation responsibilities, reordering of
product and rotation of product to avoid excessive spoilage. Managed the
scheduling of 20 hourly employees including vacation request, FMLA leave
and approved short term leave programs. Oversaw training of new associates
on all company policies and procedures. Maintained a positive relationship
between hourly employees and management. Was responsible for staying
compliant with all applicable laws.

El-Salvador, Central America. Provided social services, instruction to
rural communities in El Salvador. Served as an English instructor and
