Lean Kickoff Team and led on ten kaizen events. Order monthly supplies for
the printing department and track inventory levels. Manage production
schedule to optimize through put and productivity. Problem solve issues to
ensure release dates are made. Enforce GMP's and all Safe Practices. New

production lines. Communicate with carriers and schedulers concerning
material issues. Evaluate employee production rates and document any
corrective actions. Lead and coach my team to produce the highest quality
products.
Ryder Logistics Contract 6 Months
Logistics Coordinator at General Motors
Monitor all material flow into the plant from the point of release to
material usage. Communicate with suppliers and initiate any material
expedites. Communicate with carriers and alert the receiving supervisors of
delivery delays. Scan all parts usage in the plant and communicate with
shift superintendent and floor supervisors possible part shortages and
request floor counts. Report and document any floor losses due to quality
issues.

Supervise 40-55 employees in a manufacturing union environment. Delegate
tasks and make decisions based upon production demands. Give performance
evaluations and corrective action warnings to get the desired behavior.
