Present
I am currently employed with an office technology company. I
began my career there as a shop helper and soon after became a service
technician. During my twenty three years with this company, I have
continually shown my ability to learn and lead, and I am currently the
General Manager. My job entails many functions from sales support to
service administration. My computer background led me to implementing and
managing our corporate enterprise software application, which handles our
dispatching, parts inventory and billing departments. My position also
requires me to install our equipment on customer networks and provide on
site training and support. I am responsible for all sales and service
complaints and maintaining the highest possible level of customer
satisfaction. Listening to customers and asking the right questions is the
key to my success.
Education:
1983 Acadiana High School Lafayette, La
High School Diploma
Graduated from Acadiana High School in 1983. I have completed
numerous courses at Lafayette Regional throughout the years, covering
electronics and computer technology. In addition, I have attended over
twenty manufacturer factory training courses covering technical repair and
maintenance of office equipment as well as several factory technical
courses related to computer networking.
Personal:
I enjoy anything mechanical and computer related, from
tinkering with small engines as a kid to network installations at work.
My entire career has dealt with servicing equipment at the customer's
office. As my experience grew, my duties also increased and I have spent my
career ensuring customer satisfaction. From my current position as General
Manager, past positions as Service Administrator and Field Technician, I
have best learned how to handle irate customers. My continuing goal is to
be pro-active with customer communication and support in an effort to
maximize customer satisfaction.
