Work Experience
• Site Supervisor Barrister Construction Louisville, Ky 01/2009- present
My responsibilities are supervising all phases of construction to ensure
that the job is on time, on budget, safe with high quality workmenship. The
final project was 54,000 sqft 3 story building with a $12 Million budget.
This project was designed, estimated and built in house.
• Site Supervisor IKON Construction Group Louisville, Ky 11/2006-
10/2008
I loved my experience at IKON. My responsibilities were to supervise
all phases of construction including quality, budget, safety and schedule. I
interpreted specifications, blue print and job specs daily. I created a very
good working relationship with the architect. Always in communication with
project manager to ensure project is completed to his satisfaction as well.
The last project worked on was 103,000 sqft, 3 story design build tilt up,
$10 million budgeted. Another job supervised with IKON was the VA where
IKON had an IDIQ contract. I have letters of recommendation from IKON
and their tenants. I have also been trained in the OSHA 10 & 30 hour
courses as well as the first aide/blood bourne pathpgens.
• Site Supervisor Vision Louisville, Ky 12/2002- 11/2006
Vision was a design build construction company. As a site supervisor I
was responsible for coordinating the activities of workers engaged in
multiple occupations. Vision had mostly church contracts all over the state.
• Iron Worker Local 70 Louisville, Ky 01/1998- 01/2002
Measured and layed out for installation according to blue prints or
verbal direction. Welded Brackets to lintels, sills, columns, or other
structural frame work.
• Site Supervisor Zaring Homes Louisville, Ky 01/1994- 01-1998
Built and repaired houses, barns, and commercial buildings according
to the plans and verbal direction. Supervised and managed as many as 30
homes at one time.
