PERSONAL
After working for and with Jimmy Jones for as long as I have, I have a deep understanding of
the roofing trade. I am a Florida State Certified Roofing Contractor, CCC1326854, as well as a
Florida State Certified Residential Contractor, CRC057965.
One of the things I pride myself upon, Jimmy Jones can verify, is a very low leak ratio. I usually
run a crew of four to six people and when Hurricane Ivan hit I was running three crews. I am
known for being a perfectionist on my jobs and I take leaks personally.
We have also between us supervised well over 500,000 squares of commercial roofing, which
includes many different types of roofing systems. I also have an understanding of the “military
way” as I have worked on many government jobs as well as having been in the military. I don’t
take shortcuts but I am creative and resourceful. I have been a leader since grade school and
know how to work with just about any personality type.
I take safety extremely seriously and have a deep understanding of these issues as well.
Jimmy and I have worked relatively well together for the past 15 years and I wouldn’t expect
anything less in the future.
What I think makes me uniquely qualified is that I have learned what QUALITY CONTROL
means to a company. By owning my little company of one person, every job is a reflection upon
that company, me. I was also exposed to QUALITY CONTROL as a subcontractor for Jimmy
Jones, because regardless of who caused the leak it was the on site supervisors fault. I learned
to go behind my helpers because I watched other subcontractors pay for their leak repairs,
sometimes in the thousands of dollars on a house.
I can any type of qualifying exam immediately.
