resins with varying properties capable of high loading capacities of

carbon and magnetic particles. Development of high temperature

elastomers capable of loading >50% by volume with magnetic particles.

Process optimization and reformulation for existing products.

-July 2009, Soil Scientist): Develop new formulations of fertilizers

for the optimized growing and production of Chrysanthemums and Calla

Lilies. Check soil deposition rates and retention rates of fertilizer

components. Develop a plant based pesticide for the treatment and

prevention of leaf miner from known resistant varieties. Assist in

the current expansion project to increase growing area by 30%.
