Hired to create and develop a disciplined, effective marketing organization
focused on top and bottom line growth. Member of senior leadership and
operational management team, and OSCS Board of Directors. Customer Service
Group added to responsibilities in 2006. Reported to the President with 7
direct reports; 26 total staff.
. Established strategic planning approach and discipline to focus limited
resources; balanced growth initiatives including new product and market
