resources serving HP's global imaging businesses. Manage all facets of an
autonomous business within a business.

and capabilities.
Championed and focused photo image quality improvement in HP's imaging

Lead and facilitate cross-functional, cross-organizational team to develop

for "all kid's, everyday" in the Battle Ground School District. This grew
into an Educational Service District 112 program that is a national model.
Designed and facilitated development program that transitioned HP
manufacturing from a two shift/five day structure to 24/7 with a highly
engaged and supportive workforce.
Brought together, facilitated, and forged the partnership of multiple
businesses and school districts into the Columbia River Education Workforce
