at University Hospital. PALM (Patient Activities Less

July 2006, Instrumental is safely evacuation all patients

from St. Mary's Hospital after boiler explosion. Remained

at facility, as the supervisor, after all patients were

transferred to another facility, to field phone calls from

family, media and staff and ensure security of premises.

January 2005, Implemented Urinary Catheter Protocol in the

Neurosurgical ICU as per evidence based practice.

April 2005, Implemented "Quiet Time" in the Neurosurgical

ICU as per evidence based practice.
