Directed and managed the replacement of antiquated base building systems & infrastructure:
o Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment to include boilers, chillers &

Directed the installation of solar panel arrays for pre-heating of domestic hot water qualifying for a $32,000 rebate from
NationalGrid/Keyspan Green Program affecting an annual gas cost savings of $17,000.
Acquired $450,000 of new or retro-fitted equipment (lighting, variable frequency drive motors, room occupancy sensors,
building energy management system, etc.) via implementation of NSTAR approved energy efficiency/sustainability
improvements resulting in $78,000 annual electricity cost savings.
Managed Park preparations for Division, League Championship & World Series games including media requirements and
temporary measures.
Teamed with Major League Baseball in planning & executing the 1999 All-Star Game’s three days of events.
