improving efficiency to reduce and control project cost. Handle the day-to-day logistics that include

employee job assignments and material/heavy equipment deliveries. Examine and inspect work progress and

construction site to verify safety and ensure that specifications have been met. Communicate with client’s

regarding project status and coordinate to resolve issues with projects. Operate and maintained heavy

equipment such as bulldozer, skid steer, front end loader and track hoe.

2002 – 2005 Foremost Service’s – Dover, New Jersey

Warehouse Supervisor/ Dispatcher

Coordinated the daily workload of 23 employees engaged in heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing,

installation and service. Compiled data into tracking software to monitor the status of technician’s

assignments. Interacted with customer’s to schedule service appointments and requested feedback on services

provided by technicians. Provided logistical field support and assisted the operations manager with order

fulfillment and supervised the maintenance and operation of the warehouse. In year 2003-2004 was

recognized as “Employee of the Year”.

Managed a team of 10 employees engaged in order fulfillment for food services providing school lunch

programs to over 800 institutions. Supervised the procurement and fulfillment departments. Oversaw the

purchasing of all food product and warehouse equipment. Handled day-to-day routing and dispatching

logistics. Implemented an inventory control system, supervised the maintenance and operation of warehouse

equipment including, forklifts, vehicles and refrigeration equipment. Facilitated the layout and installation of

warehouse equipment.
