the application for making the application multilingual.

- Core Utilities contains autoword completion, saving data using

Ajax, dynamically filling the table from different JSPs via Ajax

calls, file uploading with Ajax, auto fill combo box and filter

using Ajax, changed the layout using different colors and themes

using HTML and CSS.
