positions, bi -weekly and monthly statistical reports reflecting
personnel status changes and other reports used by management in
budget preparation, staff utilization, etc.

any pay mechanisms such as hiring with extraordinary credentials,
variable special entrance rates, etc. are used in accordance with
Civil Service rules and department policy.

information, hours worked salary adjustments, etc. into ISIS-HR (SAP)
system. Assist Time Administrators in the preparing and submission of
prior pay period adjustment forms to ensure accurate reporting.
. Consult with Regional Administrators and District Managers regarding
the best way to fill vacancies to meet agency needs. Determine which
positions must be filled competitively and assists H.R. Liaisons in
Publishing Job search announcements, running newspaper ads, etc. when
list are not adequate.
. Requests Civil Service Certificates of Eligible and forwards to
Regional Office to be worked. Reviews completed certificate to verify
that appointment was made in accordance with Civil Service Rules and
agency policy. Assist H. R. Liaisons in coding certificate as needed.
Provide guidance to Supervisors in the interviewing process, in
selecting candidates who are within reach and in completing applicant
flow data after selection.
. Screen applications for positions under the Direct Hire Partnership
agreement. Certifies eligibility for hire, notifies candidate of

and that hires are made in accordance with the agreement. Strictly
scrutinizes the recommendation to hire any employee who does not meet
the preferred qualification requirements to determine sufficient

. Ensure that personnel files for employees in assigned geographic
region are in order and are complete. Assist in researching records
to provide pertinent information and documentation for the purpose of
