Skills: I am skilled in all areas of management including subcontractor

and vendor relationships, establishing and maintaining relationships

with State, County and City Officials, communications with owners,

architects and management, establish and maintain budgets, establish

and manage schedules, management of contracts and scopes of work,

approvals and coding of vender invoices and subcontractor draw

schedules. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook,

Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project, Primavera

and Surtrak scheduling programs.

Past Companies: I have been extremely fortunate in my career to have to

have worked with such well known firms as Trammell Crow, Lincoln

Property, Wood Partners and Bill Millburn Homes. I have also work with

what I consider to be some of the finest individual developers/builders

and general contractors in the industry such as Windsor Builders,

Stanford Construction and Westchase Construction.

Multi-Family Residential: I have built over 5000 units in both high

density and garden projects. Garden projects will typically consist of

10 to 15 buildings and be in the 300 unit range. High density projects

will normally be wood frame, three to four stories and will include one

or more elevators and trash chutes. They will be in the 300 unit range,

will include one or more parking garages, some with ground floor

commercial space, and be pre cast panels, cast in place concrete, or

steel frame construction. Amenities may be basic pools and laundry

rooms or elaborate multi-level pools with water features, hot tubs,

multi-level decks and trellises, and may be separate exercise buildings

that included indoor basket ball courts and racquet ball courts, with

separate dressing facilities and redwood saunas. Exterior amenities may

be one large site drainage pond, with aeration fountains, or large

lighted children's playgrounds and lighted tennis courts, or several

small ponds throughout a complex with water features and setting areas.

One lakefront town home project included 21 lighted boat docks that

could be individually rented.

Single Family Residential: I have built over 300 single family and

town homes in the first and second time buyer markets from1100 to 2500

square feet. Town homes are normally two stories over finished or

unfinished basements or street level garages. Several lake homes have

included extensive retaining walls and individual boat dock facilities,

and two, million dollar plus homes for different owners have been built

along with extensive remodel work for several others.

Commercial: I have built over 125,000 square feet of commercial space,

in office, office ware house and strip centers. Projects may be cast in

place, steel frame or tilt wall construction, with post tension or

conventional steel reinforced decks. Many tenant finish outs have been

completed as a superintendent and as a subcontractor.

Proven Record: I have over thirty years of experience in the

construction industry as a subcontractor, small business owner, and

project manager. I am equally at ease with project buyout, contracts,

cost controls and close out as I am as the onsite superintendent,

responsible for all aspects of building a project from initial

mobilization through owner acceptance. I have a proven track record of

completing projects ahead of schedule and under budget, I am relentless

in my insistence of receiving quality work and I am exceptionally

demanding of job site safety. My many years in the business have

allowed me to learn the importance of maintaining good and fair

subcontractor relationships, a continuing pursuit of lower cost and the

ability to stubbornly overcome adversities to persistently make the

dates.

Education: I was trained in Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm systems while

in the U.S. Air Force. I received extensive training for the handling

and disposal of hazardous material, crash rescue and initial first aid,

and I presently hold an OSHA 10 certificate
