Coordinated carriers for lanes and rate negotiations.

regulations. Responsible for Safety budget, plant personnel training (230

employees), administration of workers compensation, capital budgeting,

develop regulatory compliance programs, accident prevention, facility

audits and Safety Committee.

1987-1991: Dry Department Projects Supervisor and Dry Department

Supervisor

Coordinated expended machine budget, long-term planning and capital

budgeting, production scheduling and product and packaging testing.

Supervised 20 production employees while maintaining standards for quality,

efficiency, sanitation and safety of the dry department and personnel.
