comprehensive, religiously sponsored system provides care through a full

. Responsible for contract strategy, negotiation and administration in

multiple areas including: facility and energy management, supplies,

capital equipment, outsourcing and various purchase services

. Developed and wrote Energy Management Plan for Trinity Health in Fall

. Started and executed Energy Management Plan across forty-six Hospitals

facilities strategic sourcing team working in collaboration with McKinsey

& Associates to achieve a $50 million expense reduction target in one

This urban community hospital operates 268 acute-care beds and seven

ambulatory centers serving primarily the east side of Detroit.

Responsible for $10 million operating budget and 160 full-time employees.

Directed the operations of all support service departments: (Procurement

and Supply Chain, Facility Management, Safety and Security, Housekeeping,

Food and Nutrition, Patient Transportation, and Telecommunications)

. Restructured Support Services departments saving in one year over $1.6

million in expenses and reducing 45 full-time employees (22%) while

maintaining quality and customer satisfaction

. Created infrastructure for Materials Management, Purchasing and several

other key departments after the sale of the flagship hospital of the

former two-hospital division
