Cleveland Construction Inc. (5-08 to 11-16-2009) is a construction

company with offices in Mentor, Columbus, Cincinnati, Raleigh, and Naples.

. I was a Superintendent for the type C remodel of a Wal*Mart in Delray

Beach Florida - I supervised in the building and submitted many of the

RFIs for the project. The store remained open during the entire

remodel. We remodeled everything, new RTUs, new offices, new truck

dock, new toilet rooms, new health and wellness center, new garden

center, new grocery and refrigeration, new exterior, etc.

. I was a Superintendent for the construction of a new Wal*Mart in

Waynesburg Pennsylvania - I supervised in the building, submitted many

of the RFIs for the project and managed the site work. We received our

site work Notice of Termination before owner possession and that

allowed us to finish the project with one superintendent (me). I

supervised the building of the many changes that Walmart made after

possession.

Hanlin Rainaldi Construction Corp. (2-06 to 12/14/2007) is a construction

company with offices in Columbus and Cleveland. As a Superintendent with

the company I helped them start their Wal*Mart program:

. I was a Superintendent for the construction of a new Wal*Mart in

Lancaster Ohio - I supervised in the building, submitted many of the

RFIs for the project and managed the site work. We received our site

work Notice of Termination before owner possession and turned the

building over early.

. I was the Superintendent for the construction of a Family Dollar Store

in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.

. Was a Superintendent for the expansion of a Sam's Club in Dayton Ohio

- the store remained open during the construction of an addition, the

replacing of all of the parking lots, the construction of new office

space and restroom facilities, replacement of all of the RTUs,

replacement of all of the refrigeration systems

. I created Microsoft Word documents and forms as needed

. I made regular digital progress photographs and submitted them by

email

Tri-C Construction (4-03 to 1-06) is part of the Cedarwood group with

offices in Akron, Houston, and Fort Lauderdale. As a Superintendent with

the company I:

. I was the Superintendent for the construction of a new building for

the relocation of the Sam's Club in Lake Charles Louisiana when

hurricane Rita hit. Rita hit on Saturday morning damaging the new

building and destroying the old Sam's. Wal*Mart hooked up a generator

to the new building, relocated their stock and they opened for

business in the new store on Sunday.

. I was a Superintendent on Wal*Mart projects in North Carolina and

Dayton Ohio.

. I was the construction Superintendent on a Jared's Jewelry Store in

Raleigh North Carolina

. I was the lone superintendent on the Wal*Mart Super center in

Waterville Maine for most of that project. I turned the project over

on time and the Wal*Mart Construction Manager was impressed enough

with us that we were invited to bid additional projects.

. I was the Superintendent on the construction of several CVS Pharmacies

in Indiana and Texas

Telamon Construction Inc. (8-02 to 1-03) is part of the Mosser Group

doing business throughout northern Ohio. I was a Superintendent with the

company on the Mapleton School District construction of a new elementary

school and an addition to the high school.

Adams-Bickel Associates (3-01 to 7-02) is a diversified design build firm

whose office is in Collegeville Pennsylvania. As a Superintendent with the

company I ran the Equity Meats project from start to finish. The project

included two additions to the building totaling 40,000 square feet and a

total remodeling of the building.

. As the Construction Superintendent I managed the construction of the

Keystone Foods Equity Meats project from inception as the sole

representative for ABA on site

. Built a freezer designed to hold 4,138,000 pounds of frozen McDonalds

hamburgers

. Coordinated the construction, remodeling and new machinery

installation

As a Licensed Realtor with Prudential Fox and Roach, Malvern, PA from

1998-2000 and with W. S. Hoffman, Phoenixville, PA from 1994-1998 I was

responsible for assisting buyers and sellers of real estate including

property assessment, marketing, computer tax data research, contract

negotiations and closings. Accomplishments were:

. A. B. R. Achieved the Accredited Buyers Representative designation.

. G. R. I. Achieved the Graduate Realtor Institute designation.

. Received a residential sales achievement award for annual sales of

greater than $3 million.

I graduated from Pennridge High School in Perkasie Pennsylvania in the

Academic program and went on to study Architecture at Iowa State

University. I became a carpenter and layout party chief in the Philadelphia

Pennsylvania area and worked with several companies running work as a

Foreman and as a Superintendent. I have experience in designing and

building concrete formwork and I have supervised installation of concrete

flatwork (including "super flat" floors with high FF and FL numbers). I

gained a lot of experience in reading and drawing plans and specifications.

I have extensive experience with metal studs and drywall, both light and

heavy gauge, including curved walls and ceiling work in both high rise and

bar joist commercial buildings.

I can stick weld and mapp / oxycetelene burn steel. I can operate loaders

and forklifts (including telehandlers). I have installed NRP and FRP panels

in food preparation areas and am familiar with the health codes for

restaurants and food preparation facilities. I am familiar with the ADA

requirements for construction. I have built and installed cabinetry in both

commercial and residential structures. I am familiar with the various types

of caulking and have experience with caulking and concrete repair.

Education:

I have my OSHA 30 hour safety course and have taken the 10 hour course

three times

Course work in Calculus at Bucks County Community College in 1969-1970.

Course work in Architecture at Iowa Sate University, Ames, Iowa in 1965-
