. Senior Consultant responsible for MasterCard Certification

preparation. This included configuring Baser24-eps (v8.2) to process

transactions with the correct settings for all transactions types.

Identify any cases where a potential modification would be needed to

support future clients. Assist Quality Assurance team in building

test case scenarios for online certification with MasterCard.

Client: Key Bank, Cleveland, OH

(Feb. 2007 - November 2009)

. Technical Lead consultant that was responsible for upgrading BASE24-

eps (v6.2) to BASE24-eps (v8.2) system at Key Bank. Responsibilities

included:

- Installation of the new software

- Configuration of software to all external applications

- Designed and implemented a migration strategy for moving

configuration used for routing card transactions as well as

business rules.

- Designed test strategy that would be used for certification as

well as regression testing functionality that was being

utilized in previous versions.

- Re-certified new software with MasterCard

- Cross trained administrators on new version of vendor

software.

- Implemented new software into the production environment.

. Responsible for training dedicated full-time bank employees on how to

administer Base24-eps within their environment.

. Designed and developed the disaster recovery plan for Base24-eps to

fail over to geographic locations while providing replication between

local transactional servers. This was done using GoldenGate software

for local failover with a combination of SAN replication and

GoldenGate software for geographic failover.

. Configured the enterprise BASE24-eps system to interface the ACI's

Payments Manager (Settlement Systems), Proactive Risk Manager (Risk

Analysis), Atalla (Hardware Security) and CAMS Mainframe.

. Designed the architecture for Key Bank connections with MasterCard

with redundancy and failover capabilities.

. Certified the Base24-eps card management system with MasterCard and

Cirrus/Maestro networks.

. Designed company regression test scripts that are used for all testing

when code is being deployed across production and non-production

environments. These scripts were built using Paragon's Transaction

simulator and MasterCard's proprietary simulator.

. Implemented Atalla Hardware for PIN encryption and interface security.

This included the use of MasterCard's PayPass (CVC3) encryption.

. Configured Base24-eps and wrote custom scripts used for transaction

risk analysis. Transactions that met certain criteria would be sent

to ACI's Proactive Risk Manager for scoring before the transaction

would be authorized.

. Designed and developed a full card and positive balance refresh that

was generated from mainframe applications and then loaded into Base24-

eps for the purpose of stand-in processing.

. Created customized authorization scripts for pre-screening and routing

transactions to their mainframe system.

. Designed and developed an on-line registration system for a company

that held conventions around the world.

. Designed and developed the online "Professional Directory Search"

application for WKBN Youngstown (NBC) that was distributed to eleven

other affiliates along the east coast. The goal of this project was

to create a web application that allowed visitors to locate legal

professionals in certain fields of expertise.

Electronics sales force. The reporting tool gave users the ability

to do ad-hoc reporting via their intranet.

. Successful Development and design of a quote tool that integrated

with a Siebel application using their object model with a team of

consultants from several organizations that would allow the sales

force for a Pioneer Electronics to quote customers on their products

world wide.

. Designed and developed an application used by a marketing department

to track all projects they were involved in. Users could create

budgets, input invoices, and track activity on accounts.

. Design and developed with a team of developers an Order Entry

application that would track day-to-day activities for a computer

product reseller.

. Designed and developed an application that tracked all benefits sold

to companies and their employees. The application also allowed the

user to generate statements of an employee's benefit package and

their amount as well a management reports for the employers who

purchased the packages for their employees. Technical aspects of the

project included development of forms using Visual Basic for

Applications (VBA), Microsoft Access, and Crystal Reports.

. Designed and developed with a team of developers a customer rewards

program for American Greetings that would issue points to customers

based on the amount of their purchase. At certain times the company

would issue gift certificates redeemable for goods at their stores.

Technical aspects of the project included development of forms using
