I am looking for a mid level position in Recruiting/Account

Management within a solid, established IT/Financial/Corporate firm where I

can utilize my recruiting and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Vonage 11/2007-Present

Position: Corporate HR Recruiter/Vendor manager

I am currently 1 of 4 recruiters in the HR department conducting

corporate and executive recruiting. My responsibility is to bring in

viable candidates for such requirements as MIS Support, senior to mid level

software developers i.e. (Java Developer, Web Developer), Financial

Analysts, QA Leads, Call Center Representatives, and more. I utilize an

internal database for searching amongst current employees of the company as

well as new applicants. I also use an array of job boards and user groups

to conduct my candidate searches, i.e. Monster, Dice, Craigslist, etc. I

negotiate vendor contracts through 3rd party agencies. I am constantly

meeting with directors and managers of different departments and levels to

find out what their current needs are and how I can best support both there

open positions, and future needs. I am responsible for not only finding

the best candidate on paper, but also for conducting full life cycle

recruitment to make sure not only the managers needs are met but that the

candidate's needs are as well.

Celerity 10/2006-11/2007

Position: Recruiter/Account Manager

I was the main recruiter in this NY based financial and IT consulting

firm. I worked on positions primarily focused on the financial and

investment banking world, i.e. Project Managers, Business Analysts, QA

Lead, Basel Reporting, PMO, Quantitative Analysts, Basel Reporting and

more. I was responsible for closing candidates on hourly and daily rates

as most of the positions were on long term contract basis. I was

responsible for negotiating rates and contracts with both clients and

candidates. I was also responsible for maintaining our VMO account with 2

large financial firms, coordinating between on-site managers as well as the

candidates and recruiters. I handled everything from submittals to

interviewing to hiring new candidates through the VMO. I was capable of

recruiting on these types of positions thoroughly and rigorously to

determine the best viable candidate. I was responsible for full

recruitment life cycle, from screening candidates, conducting face to face

in office interviews, presenting full description submittals, and taking

them through the client interview process. I was in charge of not only

posting jobs on the internet, sourcing for new potential candidates, and

taking the candidates through the process from start to finish, but for

obtaining leads on new clients and business and acting as a sales manager

as well

Adecco Technical 2/2006-10/2006

Position: Technical Recruiter/Account Manager

I have been responsible for numerous recruiting tasks: finding and

qualifying candidates for numerous corporate and transactional account job

orders. I had a wide range of job orders to work on and fill. I worked on

financial, scientific, technical, and IT based positions all contractual

such as; Business & Financial Analysts, Administrative Assistants, Lab

Techs, Scientists, Pharmaceutical Sales Reps, etc. I would prescreen

candidates, prepare offer letters, conduct background checks and process

new hire paperwork. Searching job boards, posting jobs, sending e-mails,

and making 60+ phone calls a day. I managed a group of 3 Technical

recruiters and oversaw 2 primary accounts. The team developed strong

skills over a 5 month period and succeeded well with the clients. I would

document all new candidates and screening information into an internet-

based database.

The Judge Group 6/2005-2/2006

Position: ITNET Recruiter

Internet recruiting/sourcing, for Information Technology full time and

consulting positions with clients in New Jersey and New York City. I was

also responsible for coordinating with the VMO to provide both interview

scheduling and submittals to necessary job requirements. I primarily

placed Programmers, DBA, Developers, and occasionally Data Entry positions.

Primary responsibilities were posting jobs on various boards (Monster,

Dice, etc.), and conducting resume database searches. Effectively matched

responses with open requirements, which resulted in placing 11 consultants

within a 5-month period. Supported a team of 5 Recruiters/Account Managers.

Commerce Bank 12/2003

-5/2005

Position: Teller/Customer Service Rep

Processed banking transactions and working one-on-one with customers

to resolve any banking problems in a high traffic branch. Was successful in

creating a positive customer experience.

The Ayers Group, Inc.

Summer Intern Position - 2001 and 2002

Supported the Staffing Services Division's Account Managers and

Recruiters by contacting candidates on the database to update their

information. Pre-qualified those candidates against open positions, such

as Data Operators, Data Entry, Administrative Assistants, and Programmers,

and presented them to the appropriate Account Manager.
