VP & Regional Manager

Position Summary:
Support the organization's business objectives by providing training,
direction and performance standards to the Branch Managers, Account
Managers and Technical Recruiters in branch offices within a region.
Participate in developing and implementing annual operating plans.
Major Responsibilities:
Achieve regional sales, operating and production budgets by working with
branch managers and staff. Ensure branch offices are positioned in the
correct marketplace. This includes continuous review of database,
production numbers, MU% and bill rates; and quality of listings, visits and
traffic.
Serve as a mentor by providing leadership and guidance to branch management
and staff in developing account and sales strategies, negotiation and
networking techniques. This includes driving the business, account
development through the use of the Oxford Model.
Audit branch office processes and analyze performance results to identify
problem areas and take corrective actions to rectify. This includes
reviewing individual databases, visit reports and contractor interviews.
Develop and maintain succession plans for branch offices that include an
assessment of branch personnel and implementation of career development
plans designed to support employees' career goals and corporate growth
plans.
Ensure that branch offices are staffed at appropriate levels with qualified
personnel consistent with the production/staffing model, that basic and
advanced training programs are in place, and that daily meetings provide
employees with the direction and education they need to understand Oxford's
market, strategy and process.
Communicate, support and ensure the proper implementation of the Oxford
Production Model and processes, as well as corporate policies, standards
and programs. This includes providing a conduit for the exchange of
information between corporate resources and the branches, and ensuring that
the environment reflects the professionalism and energy of Oxford's
corporate culture.
Manage region to ensure that the organization's standards of consistency,
fairness and honesty are adhered to in all situations including hiring,
staff development, performance review, corrective action, policy
implementation and other employee related processes while developing future
managers to ensure growth for new offices within the Region.
Function as an Account Manager by developing sales opportunities (refer to
functional job description).
Special projects as assigned, including corporate training initiatives to
support the growth and development of Oxford Global Resources, Inc.
Critical Tasks:
. Analyze key ratios to ensure the proper operation of your organization
. Meet or exceed Staffing and Sales Budgets
. Support and encourage the progression of staff through corporate staff
development plans
. Participate in corporate staff development plans
. Follow Corporate Service Group Policies, Practices and processes (i.e.
timely and accurate completion of reviews, reports and forms).
Performance Standards:
. Improve quality and quantity of the database, Traffic (Send
Out/Assignment, Send Out/Listing) and Key Managers (Listing/Key Manager,
Listing/Account Manager, fill ratio, listings, Send Out/Assignment)
. Improve quality and quantity of Production/Staff (Listing/Staff, Send
Out/Staff, Revenue/Staff)
. Grow Staff (# of staff, # of promotion with in or transferred out of
Site)
Supervision Exercised: Branch Manager (s), Account Managers, Technical
Recruiters, Staffing Specialist(s) and Administrative
Assistant(s)
Supervision Received: Vice President, General Manager
