Reviewed proposed site plans, subdivisions, planned developments and
special developments for compliance with Land Development Regulations
(LDRs) and Comprehensive Plans. Conducted pre-application and
technical review committee meetings. Prepared complex staff reports
for presentations, and made presentations before both public and
private boards. Authored professional correspondence to county
departments and customers. Created and maintained the zoning and
landuse shapefiles using ArcInfo, ArcView, and other ESRI products.
Created and mainained databases showing zoning and landuse changes
thru the years for historial reference. Maintianed several other
geographic layers including cell towers mapping, address mapping,
subdivision mapping, and boundary mapping for the Planning department

Designed and delivered a plan for a park to the city of Humansville,
Missouri for which the city paid the class. The class donated the

Created, built, and maintained geographic information system layers
for use in county work. Maintained parcel database and specialized
databases for planning department and for others. Accountable for
customer request for maps and aerials. Used mapping software Arc/Info,

Updated and digitized the TIGER (Topographic Intergrated Geographic
Encoding References). Hired and supervised 18 workers in the
digitizing section for various Census Bureau projects. Oversaw and

were done in a timely matter.
