Project included challenges during excavation phases of construction
due to heavily cemented soil conditions and rock. Provided oversight
and direction of hard dig and blasting operations to control budget
and risk management.
> Legacy Parc (Parcels E&F, and J) - A 67 acre parcel of land requiring
civil improvements and off-site infrastructure to serve 256 lots in
Surprise, Arizona. Coordinated all construction activities and
delivered project on-time and under budget.
> Pegasus Airpark (Units III, IV, V, and Off-site) - A 105 acre parcel
of land requiring civil improvements and off-site infrastructure to
serve 82 lots in Queen Creek, Arizona. Coordinated all phases of
project including design and construction for $1.5 million relocation
of 69 KV power lines and electrical facilities.
> Nauvoo Station (Phases 1, 2, 3, and Off-site) - A 182 acre parcel of
land requiring civil improvements and off-site infrastructure to serve
478 lots in Queen Creek, Arizona. Managed all phases of project
including coordination with local municipality to install publicly
funded box culvert and associated traffic control measures.
Significantly reduced cost of mass import by utilizing a strategically
planned borrow pit.
> Gateway Pointe Industrial - A 16 acre parcel of land requiring civil
improvements and off-site infrastructure to serve Medical Campus in
Gilbert, Arizona. Managed all phases of construction including daily
coordination with General Contractor to deliver Certificate of
Occupancy for hospital and associated facilities. Offsite
infrastructure included coordination with Roosevelt Water Conservation
District during construction of irrigation lateral, as well as the
installation of a major traffic signal for Maricopa County Department
of Transportation.
> Vaquero Estates - A 38 acre parcel of land requiring civil
improvements and off-site infrastructure to serve 90 lots within a
gated community in Phoenix, Arizona. Managed all phases of
construction including an integrated drainage system with drywells,
and perimeter theme walls with private entry gates. Effectively
petitioned the City of Phoenix to tie-in on-site water facilities with
an existing, interim accepted, off-site waterline to proceed out of
sequence and continue construction activities without delays.

management. Responsible for individual lot improvements. Assisted in the
survey and design of a $400,000 storm drain pipeline to replace existing

on-site service department and ground maintenance. Responsible for
inspection and quality control of new home construction. Assisted Project
Manager with coordination and construction of new phase development.
> Wildwood Communities - A 318 space master planned manufactured housing
community.

Created shop drawings of pre-stressed concrete bridge beams to be submitted
