General Manager

Direct the management and growth of a $6.5 million commercial printing

company specializing in printing services, point of purchase, digital

printing and routing, mail, fulfillment and storage. Key functions include:

analyzing cost center efficiencies in comparison to industry standards;

reviewing profit & loss and trial balance to ensure percentages are in line

with sales; analyzing labor, fixed and variable expenses; developing and

implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and revising as needed;

scheduling and setting up production; performing job closes to identify

losses and gains; determining root causes for losses and implementing

corrective action reporting (CAR) and procedures; creating and implementing
