April 2008 to Present -Executive Administrative Support Specialist -

- Schedules all video teleconferences and meetings for Missile Defense
Systems Group (MDSG) (7-10 per day), arranging conference rooms,
obtaining dial-in numbers for VTC technicians and sending invites with
all pertinent information to Missile Defense Agency (MDA) personnel
across the U.S.
- Responsible for front office area for MDSG Commander and Deputy
Commander
- Assists travelers with travel authorizations and vouchers ensuring they
are reimbursed in a timely manner
